Delicious food, intimate setting, exceptional service. We will definitely come back when we are back in town.
If a 3-star Michelin restaurant had a family-style soul, this would be it. The food, the service, everything was perfection. We ended up closing the place down with the owners, and the conversation flowed just as beautifully as the meal. Getting to hear about the restaurant's lineage, and the owner's own life and family through the lens of the food, made the whole night feel personal in a way you rarely get. It's a special experience, and I can't wait to come back next time I'm in the area. It's also the perfect intimate spot for a corporate event, with great food, great drinks, and a room small enough to actually connect with your team. And for the record: the tiramisu was divine.
Probably our most favorite and memorable meals from our trip to London. We not only fell in love with the food but with our server Andrea who took care of us from start to finish. Some of the most incredible Italian dishes we have had was at Da Mario. The scallops in breadcrumbs were INCREDIBLE alongside the beef lasagna and Ragu. The house wine was also wonderful. Could not recommend this place more!
