there was an amazing selection of maki and rolls. I tried red dragon and the volcano roll. both were delicious and filling. I also tried the alovera drink for the first time and I really loved it. the service was great too. apparently the food is halal too as per the waiters. I didn't know that since its not mentioned in Google maps or outside the restaurant, or maybe I have missed it. I went back and tried chicken skewers appetiser, califonia salmon and avocado maki, cucumber mojito that I loved. I also tried lava roll which I didn't like as it was heavily covered with my sauce.

A great gem in Kensington and walking distance from Notting Hill. The staff was welcoming and accommodating as a solo walk-in. I ordered the Lychee Rose, Miso Soup (not pictured), Beef Hirata Bun, Yakitori, and the Chicken Katsu-Curry. They timed everything perfectly so it didn’t come all at once. I appreciated that because everything was flavorful. The atmosphere was great, I would recommend this spot for a date night, solo date, lunch with friends or family. A visitor all the way from Houston, Texas!

this place was awesome! pretty easy to find as its entrance stands out in the street. theres plenty of space underground and lots of seating. the food was amazing, i really recommend the chicken katsu. it came with a delicious miso soup as well. try out the shrimp tempura, itll complete the experience ☺️

I was at Konjiki and had such an amazing, lovely experience. The service was great, and one of the staff members who attended to us had the most genuine, beautiful smile. It didn’t feel forced at all, which made the experience even nicer. I forgot to ask for his name, but he definitely made a good impression. He also recommended a yuzu mocktail because I wanted to try something new, and it was really good. The Red Dragon was great, and I absolutely loved the broccoli and tempura prawns. They were amazing. I wasn’t a big fan of the sukiyaki, but I really enjoyed the sides that came with it, especially the pickled cucumber. I’m not sure what the other sides were called, but they were really good too. Overall, I would definitely go again for the lovely service and the food I enjoyed. I’d give Konjiki a 5-star rating. It was absolutely worth it.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful time, start to finish. The decor and atmosphere of the place itself is really quite charming, and despite being near full in the main dining room where we sat, it still wasn't too loud. We ordered the red dragon roll and the nigiri set. All of the fish was incredibly fresh-tasting, with a particular highlight being the hamachi and the almost-scallop. A simple plate, but well worth the money. We also had the beef gyudon bowl - this is a simple bowl in a sweet-soy flavoured sauce. Perhaps not my favourite, but I can hardly fault anything about the dish, I would more say the sushi are the standouts here. The seaweed salad and pickled cucumber that came with it were lovely too. A fun appearance was Orion beer from Okinawa, a must try. A simple yuzu mousse cake to finish the night, and it was a wrap! Service was quick, attentive and very friendly. Would easily come back here in a heartbeat. Bill came to just over £100 for two with service.
