Creators Craig Fraser, a former quantity surveyor, and Mark Walker, an ex-banker, discovered that they shared a passion for burritos, and saw a gap in London's market for a fast and healthy Mexican eatery. The majority of the menu is based around the burrito, and incorporates fresh, local ingredients, each of which are sourced from Fair trade suppliers where possible. The idea is to build your own meal, all made fresh to order. Choose everything from the style to the fillings to the salsas, and choose to add dressings or extras. The company also promises to abide by its eco-friendly values, serving up food in fully recyclable packaging.
