This was our first lunch in London near our hotel and offered several options for all of us arriving hungry after our flight. Dipo was our server, he was friendly, attentive, and informative. I was able to order a gluten free meal which came separate from the other food safely ensuring me that my allergy was taken serious. We all enjoyed our lunch and dessert, as we got to sit outside on a nice day.
Bill’s is always a solid choice and this visit didn’t disappoint. I went for the Open Shawarma which was full of flavour and came loaded with well seasoned chicken fresh salad hummus pickles and a warm flatbread underneath that brought everything together. It was a generous portion without feeling too heavy and made a great lunch. The service was friendly and the food arrived quickly which made the whole experience even better.
Overall great experience and extensive open hours which is great for someone-especially a tourist - coming through needing a bite. We stopped in briefly last night and the staff were super friendly even though we didn’t eat and we went this morning for breakfast and it was hearty and delivered quickly. We enjoyed the shakshuka and decadent pancakes with buttermilk chicken. The staff was especially attentive to a member of our party with a food allergy and were very careful to meet our needs. Thanks for a welcoming brunch during our holiday! The venue has a festive vibe and is lively and full all the time but we were served quickly - within 15 minutes of placing our order. It is a little cramped due to density of tables but I think it adds the cozy vibe.
This was my second time visiting Bill’s, and the Victoria branch is such a lovely, vibrant place. Our large group of 17 was looked after by Chelsea, and she exceeded all our expectations. She managed our pre-orders brilliantly, clearly explained how the food service would work, and made the payment process at the end simple and stress-free. With such a large group, there’s usually a shortfall or some confusion when it comes to paying, but everything went smoothly thanks to her organisation. Chelsea was attentive throughout the entire two hours we were there. We never had to wonder where she was or wait long for assistance—she was always available whenever we needed her. The Victoria branch is a fantastic place for great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
We stumbled upon Bill’s walking around on our last morning in the city. And to our pleasure we pleasantly surprised! From the food to the service to our AMAZING waitress Amber who made this such a great experience, thanks girl! We will definitely dream of the double decker breaky burger back home.
