⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic experience at Burger & Lobster High Street Kensington. The food was excellent, with perfectly cooked lobster and a delicious burger, all served in a great atmosphere. A special mention goes to Herrera, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His recommendations were spot on, and his attention to detail really enhanced the overall dining experience. Excellent food, excellent service, and a great dining atmosphere. Friendly service, and food is fresh and tasty. Sadly their UK special lobster prawn burger is no longer available. Nevertheless, I really like their meat-free options especially the beyond meat burger which I chose. It’s a good place to celebrate one’s birthday (we witness two groups of diners celebrating theirs).
I’ve visited several Burger & Lobster branches before, but this location truly stands out from the rest. From the moment we arrived, the service was on another level. The manager was exceptionally attentive, thoughtful, and professional — far more personal and refined compared to my previous experiences at other branches. It genuinely felt like we were being taken care of, rather than just served. What impressed me even more was the food presentation. Unlike other locations, the plating here felt more elegant and elevated, giving a subtle sense of a more “grand” dining experience while still maintaining the consistently high quality that Burger & Lobster is known for. The atmosphere was also noticeably more comfortable and relaxed, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this branch delivers a more premium and refined experience compared to others. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had with Burger & Lobster.
Visited Burger & Lobster in Kensington and honestly had a great experience from start to finish. The service was excellent and the food absolutely delivered. I had a full grilled lobster, a lobster roll, and lobster croquettes and everything was cooked perfectly. The lobster was fresh, flavourful, and done just right. Cocktails were also really good and well balanced. A special mention to Krista and Jay who were fantastic from the moment we arrived. Krista showed us to our table and gave spot-on drink recommendations, and Jay was incredibly helpful with food advice and making sure everything came out smoothly. They both really added to the experience. Great food, great drinks, and genuinely great service. Would definitely return.
