We had a lovely meal! Weโve been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Today, Steve was our server and he was the nicest man, walked us through the specials, helped us try some new drinks and continued to check on us throughout the night. Thank you for a lovely evening! We had 2 bowls of pasta and 4 drinks so around ยฃ30pp
Food was great! We had the bruschetta as a starter. The flavors mixed well, though the tomato might have been a tad bit on the sour side. I followed up with the Amatriciana. The sauce was awesome, I just there was a bit more pasta so I could continue eating. We finished with an Tirimasu. Altough it wasnโt prepared with alcohol it still tasted very nice. Thank you for the diner.
We came here because a friend told us that Diana loved this place. Naturally, we had to order โPizza Dianaโ along with other recommended dishes and daily specials such as the squid ink spaghettini. We absolutely loved the meal from start to finish. The waiters were helpful, swift, and friendly, and this was one of the best meals I have had in a while.
This place was absolutely fantastic. Iโve been on the lookout for a wholesome halal Italian place and this did not disappoint. A wide selection of items on the menu, we went with a starter of bruschetta and the prawns drenched in garlic butter and olive oil. The bruschetta was exquisite, the freshness of the tomatoes paired with the goats cheese was beautiful. The prawns were good, but were overshadowed by the brilliance of the other dishes. For our mains we went with the chicken pizza and the roast lamb pasta. Iโm not doing it justice by labelling it the way I have (see the menu for the fancier verbiage) but they were both brilliant. Letโs start with the pasta, a beautiful, creamy ragu paired with the al dente pasta - amazing. The pizza, light a flavoursome with a dash of olive oil - to die for. And to top it off a light and creamy (non alcoholic) tiramisu topped with coffee and a chocolate sauce. Will I be coming back here? Damn right I will.
One of the best Italian restaurant in town. We went there at 1 pm. On Wednesday, there's no wait for table for 2. The pasta was cooked perfectly, pasta was al dente and the sausage was right. The special menu Risotto with the seafood was also good and we clean them all ๐
