Despite boasting one of the best dining views of the cityscape in London, the Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows is far more than just an observation platform. With a lean towards French cuisine, visitors to the 28th floor of the London Hilton will find a variety of culinary and cocktail treats served up by Head Chef Andre Garrett, Chef Patron Chris Galvin and the experienced bar staff.
Garrett’s personal touch on the menu, combining modern eating styles with classic French cooking, creates an indefinable dining experience. The chef’s carefully constructed three course set menu includes a lemon grass infused Violino pumpkin velouté starter, beer braised ox cheek, horseradish pomme purée, Enoki mushrooms and warm salad of mixed cabbage & konbu, with a dessert of white chocolate mousse, blueberry and green tea ice cream. These are just a few examples of the elegant and unique meals that will whisk you away into fine dining heaven.
Over at the bar you'll find a wide range of cocktails, champagnes, wines and beers. The bartenders are professional and pour their cocktails with expert style and, if you've got the money, you'll see just what we mean when the cool concoction passes your lips.
