Cannot fault gaucho one bit, From the moment my daughter and I arrived, to when we left. Everyone was polite, courteous and professional. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was nice and the food was amazing. I would absolutely recommend and will be visiting again.
An enjoyable visit at Gaucho O2. The overall atmosphere is lively and the service truly stands out - the servers were attentive, friendly, and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. The rib eye unfortunately had some tendon, which made parts of it a bit chewy. Also, the tables are placed quite close together, so it can feel a little tight and less comfortable, especially if you’re dining as a pair and hoping for a bit more space. Guests passed by always hit my back and touched my coat which made me feel uncomfortable. Still, the excellent service really carries the experience, and it’s definitely a spot worth visiting.
Went to Gaucho for my wife’s birthday. We had a lovely time there. The starters, mains and desserts all were delicious. Our server was really friendly and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be going back keep up the great work.
We visited Gaucho at the O2 as a family of four, with two young children on new year's eve and had a fantastic time. Our waiter was fantastic and kept the children entertained with colouring sheets and crayons throughout the meal. We really enjoyed the food, especially the starters: the salmon was fresh and delicious, and the scallops were perfectly seared and the cheesecake. Service was prompt even on a busy evening, and the riverside location is great for a stroll after eating. Prices reflect a premium steakhouse, but the experience makes it worthwhile for a family outing.
