The atmosphere was welcoming, and it was a great place for a family meal before our event. He was attentive, professional, and made us feel very welcome. The food was also very delicious. Thank you for helping make our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
Great dessert shop/restaurant located in the o2. We booked a table for 3 on the day of a concert. Wasn’t too busy at 5pm. Sour waiter was really friendly and funny! We had 3x burgers with the fries and 2x desserts which were all really tasty. Our fave was probs the mini choc cookies and dip! Really really yummy. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were very clean. We also had the chocolate strawberry’s outside which my som said were good! 😊
Had an amazing experience at Haute Dolci at The O2! We did end up waiting quite a while, but honestly it didn’t even feel like it because I was with my friends—the time just flew by. Once we got in, everything was worth it. The desserts were incredible and the whole atmosphere made it such a fun visit. Definitely a place I’d come back to!! 🫶
We visited Haute Dolci recently and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We were initially seated in a pretty poor spot near the toilets, and when the party next to us left, we asked if we could move there. After that, it felt like we were completely forgotten ,it took ages for anyone to come over and give us any service. We ordered the Matilda cake, hot chocolate, truffle chips, chicken, and a s’more shot. Considering how nice and aesthetic the shop looks, the food really wasn’t anything to write home about. It was very overpriced too — £17 for a slice of cake is excessive, especially when it wasn’t even that nice. Honestly, I feel like social media and influencers seriously overhype places like this. It looks amazing on social media, but in reality it’s really not all it’s made out to be. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the hype or the prices, and I definitely wouldn’t be going back.
