The Magic Wok is a great spot if you are looking for large portions of tasty Cantonese cuisine. The Magic Wok is often overlooked as it is not a particularly grand or impressive in terms of pavement appeal. However, it does provide a great meal for those who are eating on a budget.
The restaurant has been located within the same two-floor building for decades and is well known in the local area as a good takeaway restaurant. For those who are dining in, reservations are sometimes required because of the small dining space and its popularity. The menu is extensive and definitely makes up for the less impressive surroundings. The starter platters are huge and are designed for big group feasting.
