It was very busy when we went but the workers were attentive and personable, especially the young, short, and brunette gentleman. The food was amazing, my favorites were the arancini, artichoke cesar salad, and the white chocolate tiramisu. The cauliflower was too salty and the korean fried chicken sandwich has too much coriander.

The most amazing restaurant! Despite being very busy, it still felt cosy and had a wonderfully warm atmosphere. The menu was fantastic, with so many options to choose from. I had the beetroot burger, which was amazing, followed by a tiramisu for dessert. My only criticism is that they don’t offer a Hugo Spritz. Other than that, I genuinely can’t fault. I’ll definitely be back!

Mildred's, Soho: is a Vegan Gem situated in the heart of London If you are vegan, or even vegan-curious, Mildred's in Soho deserves a prominent spot on your dining list. It sits in a tall, thin listed townhouse on Lexington Street -- not something you'd easy stumble on when walking along. It's very easy to miss, but you could argue that is part of the surprise factor. The building spans several storeys. We sat on the first floor. The atmosphere inside is charming -- busy but a laid-back dining room emanating pure Soho vibes. The menu is internationally inspired, drawing on flavours from Sri Lanka to Korea to Mexico, and it is presented with panache. The quality and intensity of the flavours can easily win over omnivores too. The service was a genuine highlight of our visit. Our waiter was attentive and genuinely engaged, steering us through the menu with well-judged recommendations and ensuring we ordered the right amount and an exciting mix of dishes -- exactly the kind of guidance that makes the difference between a good meal and a great one. Prices are, predictably for this location, on the higher side -- a main can run to around £16-18 -- but, as other diners have noted, this is very much in line with what you would expect for the area. Given the quality of ingredients, the creativity on the plate and the Soho postcode, it feels fair. Mildred's is a must-visit institution for vegans!

Food was really nice. I had the mushroom shwarma with warm pita bread. The only let down for me was that there were coriander seeds in the dressing. The staff did apologise and said they should have told me when I asked and then did compensate for this. But even so the food was delicious. My friend had the Kiri Hodi Pilau. Also really nice. We then had the Pistachio cheese cake with a raspberry collision. Don't forget to ask for one of their plant based business cards with flower seeds. You take them home and plant them.in your garden and after a few days you can enjoy some mixed summer flowers. Really worth a visit.

I had such a wonderful experience at Mildreds Soho. Tucked away on Lexington Street in the heart of Soho, the location is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a relaxed meal out. The decor is stylish yet cosy, and the whole place has a really chilled, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive without ever feeling overbearing, which really elevated the experience. As for the food — absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend the tacos and the Korean burger, both packed with flavour and beautifully presented. The lemon pepper fries were a standout too — perfectly seasoned and completely addictive. Everything was washed down with a crisp white wine that paired perfectly with the meal. It’s easy to see why Mildreds has built such a strong reputation as one of London’s go-to vegan spots. I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for fantastic plant-based food in a relaxed Soho setting.
