Tea at Bea's of Bloomsbury
London
If you're not a fan of the couture dining experience or your wardrobe is lacking in smart casual attire then Bea's of Bloomsbury is your perfect pit stop for a delightful afternoon tea. The venue, nestled in the fashionable hub of Bloomsbury, has a relaxed vibe, a far cry from the high end swanky hide outs like The Ritz and Claridges. The cosy and homely atmosphere will make you feel like one of the family, with the key focus being the food and how it tastes.
Bea's is inspired by what afternoon tea should really be about; a chance to sit back and enjoy the company of friends whilst being surrounded by delicious food, every woman's dream. The afternoon tea, which at £19 per person is an absolute steal, comes with a fresh scone, cupcake of the day, a selection of miniature baguettes and their array of brownies and meringues. And if you're feeling classy, why not add a glass of Moet and Chandon Champagne for an additional £7.50?
The afternoon tea can only be ordered if a reservation has been made to allow the chefs to whip up fresh scones for your arrival. And during the hazy summer months, you can even get the afternoon tea to take away so you can get a picnic blanket out and impress your neighbours in the nearby London parks.
Tea Times:
