A stylish, Japanese restaurant with an amazing food. Highly recommend to try the sushi, Korean chicken, robata grills. We ordered so much food. A beautiful hotel with amazing toilets. An easy and awesome food place.
We had such a lovely experience at UBA Shoreditch! Nicoleta was absolutely amazing from start to finish , friendly, and somehow always appeared at exactly the right moment without ever being intrusive I’m also very convinced that she has a sixth sense for great service!. Maria and Ryan were also so warm and welcoming, making us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. The food, atmosphere, and outstanding service made for a fantastic evening. We’ll definitely be back!!!
Me and my family had a wonderful dining experience at UBA Restaurant. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the Pan-Asian menu offered beautifully presented dishes. A special thank you to our waiter, Sarlote, who made our visit truly memorable. She was so warm, professional and attentive. She ensured that my family and I felt well looked after from start to finish. We had never eaten Pan-Asian food before, but her friendly attitude, excellent recommendations and genuine hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We appreciated her outstanding service and would happily return because of the great food and the exceptional care we received. I would highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious Pan-Asian cuisine, a beautiful atmosphere and excellent customer service.
We came for a mid week dinner and food wise, it was a little hit and miss. Between the two of us, we shared the rock shrimp tempura (crunchy and tasty bites to start with), beef rib eye hirata (beef was dry), prawn har gao (the outside skin was falling apart), salmon hosomaki (not bad), black cod (really nicely done) and the broccoli (good complement to the cod). The service was polite and friendly.
We had a lovely dining experience at UBA Restaurant during our stay at Hart Shoreditch. The food was always fresh, very tasty, and offered a great variety, especially for breakfast. The breakfast setup is extremely kid-friendly — our 3-year-old daughter enjoyed her meals without any tantrums, which made our mornings stress-free and enjoyable. The staff truly made the experience special. A big thank you to Nazar, Iqra, Seb, and Marco for their warmth, kindness, and excellent service. Special thanks to Nazar for the amazing coffees — and my daughter really liked you! Overall, UBA Restaurant offers great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and wonderful people.
