The staff were really friendly and make how to order clear and were attentive. However the crab sandwich wasn’t very good; I felt it wasn’t made from fresh ingredients which is important for a seafood sandwich. The chips were pretty much standard. The drinks were pretty good. The float was nice but I feel there was way too much ice cream and less cola. The atmosphere was great though, super quiet and I could hear my friends.
A good burger restaurant with plenty of options. The smash burgers were good, though not the best I've had. Fries were excellent. Ribs were good but again not the best ever. Wings were tasty but small. Staff service was great. Atmosphere was good. Though nothing we experienced deserved a 15% service charge - they include this by default I would definitely opt out of it. I have no shame. You shouldn't either. Would recommend going if you haven't before.
The customer care here is excellent. It’s our second time here, and Gin was brilliant. He had very good knowledge of the menu, and helped us by making recommendations after asking what sort of flavours we liked. The food was amazing - tasted great and very well presented, as you’d expect, but it really was the customer service that made this place stand out. Thanks you very much!!
Had a really great experience at Gordon Ramsay Street Burger. I’ll admit I’m not usually a burger person, but after watching Next Level Chef with the kids (they loved it), we decided to surprise them and book a table and I was genuinely pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, fresh, tasty, and exactly what you want from a proper burger place. The limited lamb burger was amazing, tender, full of flavour, and perfectly topped with feta cheese. What really stood out was the service. I believe our server’s name was Egle, she was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and nothing was too much trouble, which made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable.
We were served by Harry who was a credit to the restaurant. Friendly, helpful with an extensive knowledge of the menu. Harry made an enjoyable experience even better, thank you. Superb food.
