In addition to this Notting Hill branch, founder and restaurateur Bill Granger owns three other restaurants in Sydney and four restaurants in Japan. He is renowned for his easy-going cooking approach, which is reflected in the dining experience. With its bright and airy dining space and its pastel-coloured interior, the restaurant brings a relaxing Aussie-vibe to the restaurant.
The cuisine here is contemporary Australian and incorporates fresh ingredients in imaginative dishes. Breakfasts consist of hearty 'Bill's Classics', bakery treats, and his famous egg dishes. Lunch is very variable and consists of everything from eggs on toast to salads, mains, soups and sandwiches.
