Scoff all you will, however, be sure to check out their technicoloured treats assorted in Willy Wonka flavours before you do. Turning the modest summer pudding into a hot new trend, trained chefs Alex Hoffler and Stacey O'Gorman dreamed-up their winning concoction after spotting a sizable niche in the confectionery market. Creating an emporium of zany (yet delicious) 'Meringue Kisses' - as they are delightfully called - for press events, parties and weddings, these hand-piped mini-meringues come in surprising flavourful bursts such as manuka honey, strawberry and black pepper and matcha green tea. Quintessentially British and with an all-natural ethos, their ingredients are locally sourced and gluten free. An overnight sensation that has snowballed beyond compare, the girls now offer regular meringue masterclasses and have just published their own cookbook - so watch this space! Having tried and tested the goods, we think these tiny little sugar puffs were definitely worth the wait.
