Promoting the chickpea, Pilpel - meaning chilli pepper - is a family owned falafel business. The restaurant's founder, Grandfather Zion, was passionate about falafels, and brought his children up to become connoisseurs of the Middle Eastern dish. Today, his grandson continues his legacy, having opened up two Pilpel stores within London - one in St. Pauls and one in Spitalfields.
A variety of falafels are freshly cooked each day, including Mediterranean, Greek and the Pilpil special - all of which are made with the family's secret recipe. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, Pipel have perfected their falafels to make them some of the best in London. There is also a selection of houmous' on the menu, each infused with unique flavours and served up with pita breads. If you're feeling particularly peckish, select the option to build your own falafel or houmous meal. Click to see the full menu.
