The Sufi restaurant located on Askew Road serves a fantastic Persian menu in an enjoyable atmosphere. Rated in the top 100 restaurants in general and top 10 for best value in London, the restaurant provides delicious meals at a reasonable price as well as tasty drinks.
Based on traditional recipes, the passionate kitchen team brings authentic Persian dishes to London's Hammersmith. The à la carte menu of the Sufi restaurant includes dishes such as skewers of minced baby lamb served with freshly baked bread, kidney beans and dried limes cooked in finely chopped herbs served with Basmati rice and grilled whole sea bass served with basmati rice or salad. There is also a dish of the day menu offering dishes like steam cooked rice mixed with saffron and forest berries and chicken. The dessert menu presents delicious baklava (walnuts, pistachios, layered with phyllo pastry and sweetened with sugar) as well as Zulbia and Bamiyeh (starch, yoghurt, cardamom mixed with honey and rosewater) and others. All dishes are offered at a very reasonable price and are best accompanied by a bottle of the house wine for £10.40.
By entering Sufi, you will get the overwhelming feeling that you have entered somebody's home.
