The restaurant is located in a good location near many attractions. I had the lasagna and my daughter the carbonara. Both were DELICIOUS as evidence by the empty plates in my photo. The food was well seasoned and you can taste the spices used. Great job! The service was decent and the atmosphere was decent… but the food. The food is the star of the show!
Great location - very close to the London Eye but very peaceful even on a late Saturday afternoon. Service is friendly. Prices are good. Had gelato, tiramisu, one soft drink and a medium glass of wine for about £35, which is reasonable for the location. Sat outside on a lovely day. Overall, highly recommended
Very disappointing experience at this Italian restaurant. No offer for a drink throughout the meal, no quality check, and overall inattentive service. Tables are cramped and claustrophobic, making it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. The toilets were in a terrible state, which says a lot about the standards. We ordered Parmigiana, Madeira Pollo Fernando, Paccheri Gamberi, along with a Sauvignon and a Peroni — none of which stood out. The food arrived far too quickly, suggesting it was pre-prepared rather than freshly made. The Parmigiana lacked depth, the Madeira Pollo was underwhelming, and the Paccheri Gamberi was forgettable at best. Service felt mechanical — dishes were simply dropped on the table, and dessert menus were dumped with no explanation or engagement. Overall, this feels like a tourist trap rather than a proper Italian restaurant. We will not be returning.
the atmosphere was very friendly and warm! the staff was very fast and helpful! the food was incredibly nice and fresh! the chicken in the caesar salad was juicy and very nicely cooked! the pizza was very good as well.For dessert we got the tiramisu but unfortunately it didn't taste much like tiramisu. I didn't feel the coffee taste at all!! nevertheless I highly recommend it, it's a very good choice!
The best carbonara I have ever had in my life. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and clearly made with great care and high quality ingredients. You can truly taste authentic Italian cuisine here. The location is excellent, very close to Big Ben and the London Eye, yet the atmosphere inside is calm and pleasant. The place has a real Italian vibe that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. We were very happy with both the visit and the food. Another big advantage was the very short waiting time, even though the restaurant was quite busy. I will definitely want to come back here again. Highly recommended.
