Damn, umm, don’t know what else to say other than spectacular. We were skeptical, being NY/NJ vegan pizza snobs, lol. The pizza was spectacular (we got the five cheese … it does have a sweet finish so if you don’t like that, go with something else and you can’t go wrong - pesto looked amazing). The bleu cheese in the pizza had that perfect bit of funk. Wow. We got the truffle dipping sauce for the crust. The Mac and cheese was probably the best we’ve ever had. Just insane. No wonder every table we saw had ordered it as well! We went on a weekday, so the Fri/Sat cheese cellar tasting wasn’t an option, but if you want to do that, make a reservation they said. My wife got the panacotta and said it was fantastic. They sell amazing artisan cheeses, chocolates, and other products at the front.
At the beginning I didn’t know that the whole place is vegan, I was shocked when it turned out that there are so many vegan cheeses. There are so many delicious options, the dough is excellent. This was the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had. For real! The staff, I assume - the owners are so friendly and nice! Best service ever! There is also little deli shop with vegan sweets, cheeses, etc. I’ll always come back here when I’m in London.
This is the best pizza l've ever eaten. I was recommended the restaurant by my vegan parents and it did not disappoint. The staff were all very friendly and I felt comfortable as a solo diner. As for the pizza, I could not tell that it was vegan cheese at all, the margherita pizza was delicious I could've had another one as soon as I finished it. It was better than every non-vegan margherita pizza l've had. The cheesecake was also delicious, I could've had the entire cake instead of just the slice. I’m definitely adding the restaurant to my rotation of places to visit. I'm still thinking about the pizza a day later!
I’ve eaten twice here and it’s definitely the best pizza I’ve had in my life, and also the best vegan restaurant in London! I’ve tried several flavors of pizza, the pistachio Mac and cheese, the meatballs, and various desserts and all of them have been amazing. Would love to come back soon! Recommended with my eyes closed.
We visited Purezza in Camden on a Monday evening around 7pm, and it was pleasantly half full, which made for a calm and enjoyable experience. The restaurant had a warm, quiet atmosphere and felt relaxed and unhurried. Our server, Priya, was excellent. She appeared to be covering most of the restaurant on her own, yet service was consistently attentive, friendly, and efficient. We never felt like we were waiting for anything. The food menu is solid, though not extensive. You can choose from around twelve different pizzas, which should cover most tastes, but there is no option to choose different pizza sizes. You can add or remove toppings for an extra charge. That said, the selection of vegan mock meats and vegan cheeses is genuinely impressive and clearly well thought out. I ordered the Parmigiana Party, described as a “cheesy, tomato and aubergine masterpiece”, and I would completely agree with that description. The aubergine was perfectly cooked, soft, and full of flavour, complementing the tomato base and cheese beautifully. My partner chose the Four Cheese, topped with blue, camembert, mozzarella, feta, pancetta, and chilli jelly. The pizza itself was well made and went down well, although the chilli jelly was not quite to their personal taste. Both pizzas had a great slightly crisp crust, while the base remained soft and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the difference from being cooked in large wood fired pizza ovens, which gives the pizzas that distinctive flavour. For dessert, we shared a Tiramisu. While I have had better elsewhere, this was still solid. The sponge had a good texture, the coffee flavour was present without being overpowering, and it finished nicely with a light dusting of cocoa. Pricing felt reasonable overall. Two pizzas and a tiramisu came to £46, which felt fair for the quality. However, payment is handled through the Sunday app, which I am not a fan of. The app adds a platform fee, charged per person if you split the bill, and also prompts you to add an extra tip on top of the optional 12.5 percent service charge. I am more than happy to pay a service charge, but being pushed to add an additional tip feels unnecessary. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would return if I was in the area again. With a few small changes, this could easily be a five star visit. Improvements that would make this a 5 star experience next time would be offering pizza size options rather than just one standard size, and removing the Sunday payment system and its unnecessary platform fees.
