The Azzurro restaurant is an authentic Italian restaurant located on Sutton Walk outside Waterloo station. It belongs to the Town Centre Restaurants with over 60 sites across the UK. While each restaurant mediates its own distinct atmosphere, they all provide high quality dishes and an excellent service.
The menu of the Azzurro Waterloo comprises creative and modern Italian dishes. Sourced from trusted and well-known suppliers, all ingredients are fresh and prepared with attention to detail. The à la carte menu includes dishes such as crespellini filled with spinach and ricotta baked with béchamel and tomato, breast of chicken wrapped in Italian cured ham with mushroom sauce served with French beans and rosemary-roasted potatoes and sea bass with new potatoes on a bed of rocket with spring onions and a lime and coriander dressing. With desserts like bananas and toffee smothered in cream on a biscuit base or deep filled apple tart made with Italian apples and sultanas, served warm with ice cream, the dinner can be wonderfully topped off. The wine list features international wines chosen to suit your mood and your dish. All drinks and dishes are served at a reasonable price.
