For a la carte dining, the Bedford and Strand bar and bistro specialises in exceptional fish and seafood dishes with Italian, French and British takes on a number of classics. Notable starters include the home-cured salmon gravalax, the potted Dorset crab on toast, the pressed rabbit terrine and the fillet steak tartare with quail eggs.
Main courses at the Bedford and Strand are exquisite, with a number of choice staples augmented by a daily specials menu that are all created to ensure all tastebuds are tickled.
