Clifton Brick Lane is a South Asian restaurant located on Whitechapel Road in Brick Lane. It was the first Clifton restaurant to be established in London in the early 1950's. Ever since then, the Clifton restaurants have offered their guests high quality food and a warm and efficient service.
The menu of Clifton Brick Lane comprises dishes based on recipes from India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Providing breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menus of the restaurant are created to please and delight the guests. The à la carte dinner menu includes dishes such as lamb chilli massala (lamb cooked with fresh green chilli in a richly spiced sauce of capsicum and onion), dhal masaldar (assorted lentils cooked with richly flavoured herbs and spices and served with chana, mog and mossori dhal) and sag prawns (prawns cooked with fresh spinach and fenugreek leaves, giving a district aroma and flavour). The wine menu features complementing wines including familiar bins and rare ones.
