The Incognico is a Parisian - style brasserie situated on Shaftesbury Avenue on Cambridge Circus. The menu of the Incognico comprises meals prepared with attention to detail and the best available ingredients only. The à la carte menu includes dishes such as roast sea bass with braised endive and sauce vierge, rump of lamb with borlotti beans and tarragon and fresh asparagus risotto. Meals are best topped off with one of the offered desserts like warm chocolate mousse and strawberry cheese cake. The restaurant’s wine list presents a wide variety with over 100 different types. Reviving the old and glamorous days, the restaurant has decided for a thirties theme to its décor that is both attractive and in accordance to its location in the heart of theatre neighbourhood. The restaurant was designed by David Collins who achieved his goal of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere set in a classical brasserie style environment. The Incognico features a private room for up to 20 guests which is equipped with a plasma screen, wireless internet and a DVD/CD player, making it perfect for business meetings as well as private parties.
