The Massala Hut restaurant serves authentic Indian cuisine on Drummond Street close to the fashionable neighbourhood of Regent's Park. The most basic element in Indian cooking is namesake to the restaurant - the massala. The menu of the restaurant inherits the most important character traits of the sauce; it fuses both strong and subtle spices and balances textures and colours for an unforgettable dining experience.
With the freshest ingredients and exotic spice combinations, the extensive menu of the restaurant caters for every diner's taste buds. The speciality of the Massala Hut is the range of tandoori dishes. A wide selection of chicken, king prawn or mixed grill tandoori can be found on the à la carte menu as well as dishes such as jeera chicken or lamb cooked with cumin seeds, vegetable thali and medium hot roast chicken cooked with mince lamb. A variety of delicately prepared curries is available too. The drinks menu lists soft drinks and a small, but nice selection of wines. The house wine can be ordered per glass.
