The Mr. Wing restaurant is located on Old Brompton Road in the west of the city. The restaurant offers fabulous Chinese cuisine with traditional recipes from regions and cities across China. Whether the crispy aromatic duck from North China or the hot Szechuan beef with chilli from the southern regions, all dishes are fresh and burst with flavour. The kitchen chefs use vegetable oil for the dishes, since it does not overpower the natural flavours of the dishes. Next to the seasonal menu which offers dishes prepared with the best seasonal ingredients available, the à la carte menu includes dishes such as Beijing prawns, Cantonese chicken in black bean sauce and tofu box with choi sum. The dessert menu lists ice cream, fresh fruits and toffee. An extensive wine list from the Old and the New World was created to complement your dinner. The exotic glitzy fish tanks displayed in the dining room are the highlight of the restaurant which is set over two floors. The ground floor bar is designed to depict an atmospheric jungle of tropical plants, while the downstairs dining area is modern and cool. Live piano jazz from Thursday to Saturday delights the bar guests and diners. Mr. Wing is open daily from 12:30 - 24:00 hrs.
