OXO Tower
London
Situated on the south bank of the River Thames, the OXO Tower is a prominent part of the city's skyline. In the past, a number of proposals to demolish it have been strongly opposed due to it's stylish and popular art deco design. Today, the top floors are home to a modern and decadent restaurant and bar with breath taking views over the Thames.
The Restaurant:
For a classy night of top cuisine and a lively atmosphere,
the OXO Tower Restaurant is the perfect spot. With its floor to ceiling windows, the tables allow guests fantastic views over the city and there is even an outdoor terrace for those lazy summer evenings. The modern British inspired dishes use fresh, seasonal produce and are able to cater for vegans, vegetarians and any other requirements you may have. To accompany the food, their list of 800 wines from all over the globe can be recommended by the sommelier and act to compliment the rich flavours of each dish. Bookings for up to seven people can be made on the website and for bookings for larger groups, it is best to call the restaurant directly.
