As the in-house restaurant at the Royal Garden Hotel, diners can be assured of quality cuisine and world-class service at Park Terrace. Gracefully decorated inside, this sophisticated and stylish establishment is an ideal option for all types of diner, proving popular with the hotel guests and local workers and residents who are aware of its excellent service and fabulous cuisine. The Park Terrace is open from 6.30am until 10.30pm daily.
Head chef Steve Munkley has ensured that Park Terrace's menu is comprised of classic British and continental dishes, each created using only the finest and freshest ingredients available. This two AA Rosette Award winner serves filling breakfasts every morning, most notably the splendid Full English and a cold continental buffet. At lunchtime, the two-course set meals are a great and affordable option, with chef specials changing daily.
For dinner, Park Terrace serves an wide range of authentic British meals, as well as some recognisable European favourites. Dishes of note include the grilled sirloin of organic beef served with Dauphiniose sweet potatoes and broccoli, the roasted bell peppers with gaeta olive dressing, the Taleggio cheese with basil pesto and the seared sea bream with new potatoes. There is also a chic bar area at the restaurant, which is open until late and boasts an extensive wine list and cocktail menu.
