Pearl Restaurant & Bar serves modern French cuisine in a stunning environment. Located on High Holborn in the centre of the Capital, the restaurant prides itself on its award-winning wine list with more than 200 wines available.
Executive chef Jun Tanaka uses only the best and freshest ingredients to prepare its dishes. The menu includes dishes such as hot smoked salmon with ginger, roscoff onion tart tatin with wild garlic puree and roast leg of Elwy Valley lamb. Sommelier Frederic Tanoh-Koutoua is happy to assist you choosing a complementary wine. The walnut clad wine cave holds over 1400 bottles of wine and is temperature and humidity controlled. The interior of the Pearl restaurant is glamorous and beautiful - hand-strung pearls, pearl chandeliers and polished walnut surrounding play harmonically together and set the mood for a beautiful and unforgettable dining experience.
The restaurant is set in the former halls of the Pearl assurance company. Internationally respected designers have created an interior that carried the heritage of the past into the present. Pearl is a vibrant and sophisticated restaurant which attracts locals and tourists alike. While the prices for the meals are in the medium price range, the delicious food and attentive staff create a good price value ratio.
