Since first opening its doors in 1983, Princess Garden of Mayfair has become an established restaurant with a reputation for authentic Pekinese cuisine. After recently undergoing a 'face-lift', the restaurant now shines with the concept of Chinese fine dining within a contemporary, unique and spacious venue. With a range of dishes on the menu with distinctive North Chinese flavours, the restaurant and head chef Wai Ming Chow are known for the Peking duck and seafood specialties. New dishes have been pioneered within the restaurant with the help of chefs Shing and Chi, with inspiration being drawn from traditional Chinese cuisine, mixed with rich textures and powerful flavours. Dim Sum is also now available on the menu, with specialised chefs bringing the delicacies to the restaurant. The lounge area offers customers an oasis of calm, where guests can indulge in some Chinese flower teas, cocktails and fine wines.
