The Head Chef of the Sartoria Alan Marchetti has designed a unique and inventive menu. Dishes are prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients of regional Italian produce using only artisan importers which is why the à la carte menu changes frequently due to seasonality. The menu could include porcini risotto, grilled Welsh beef rib eye on the bone or wild sea bass served with young fennel and new potatoes. Sartoria's wine list offers over 400 Italian wines ranging from delicate house wines to a selection of extravagant choices. The restaurant's sommelier will be happy to assist with recommendations.
The restaurant's interior is elegant and modern. It is kept in light colours representing the light and exquisite menu of the restaurant. The waiting staff is highly professional and well informed and pleased to serve you from Monday to Friday 12:00 - 15:00 and 17:30 - 23:00 hrs and Saturday from 15:00 - 23:00 hrs.
