Inspired by the Japanese concept of 'kaiseki – kappo' (a cooking style which originated in high-class restaurants in Osaka in the nineteenth century), the extensive menu is based on fresh and fine ingredients. This allows the chefs to be innovative and create and cook dishes with the available ingredients.
