For a restaurant that was established more than 40 years ago in 1967 and is part of the prestigious Etrusca restaurants groups, you would think that it is an establishment that is definitely worth a visit. And you'd be right; the Taberna Etrusca has been delivering a first rate Italian menu, excellent service and a wonderfully warm atmosphere from the first minute of its opening and invariably leaves guests with a memorable dining experience.
Head Chef Angelo Albera has created a fabulous menu including dishes prepared from traditional Italian recipes as well as dishes customised for the tastes of his guests. His signature dishes include Spaghetti Enzo, slices of fillet steak with garlic, chilli and fresh tomato tossed in spaghetti and Medaglioni Di Bue Etrusca, beef medallions cooked with Italian smoked bacon, croutons and Madeira sauce and prepared exclusively with the finest and freshest ingredients. Albera supervises the purchase and preparation of the ingredients as well as the presentation of the dishes ensuring that only the crème de la crème of ingredients find their way into the perfectly cooked and presented dishes. Freshly made puddings are temptingly displayed on a trolley practically forcing guests to try one of the divine pieces.
The Taberna Etrusca features two dining rooms split over two levels and a courtyard available for al fresco dining in summer. With its traditional yet discreet and elegant style, the restaurant provides the ideal venue for a relaxing drink, a business lunch or a private party. The entire restaurant is available for private hire on weekends at no extra charge. For whatever occasion, you can be sure that a friendly and attentive waiting staff will welcome and serve you. The Taberna Etrusca is open from Monday to Friday 11:45 - 15:30 hrs.
