Wow!! I love when food and wine become theatre and the story was exciting from start to finish. When a plate of food or a glass of wine (and its story) makes you feel like it’s Christmas Day as a 10 year old you know it’s special. Staff were really attentive and went out their way to be part of the experience-more than just front of house. Sharing stories and experiences. Not a bit of starchiness that sometimes is inevitable with higher prices and Michelin stars. If you’re in London - go out your way to eat here

Perfect birthday lunch. From our warm welcome from Giuseppe, to our awesome two hours at the chef’s counter with Chef Matt, every detail went beyond expectation. All allergies were seamlessly and carefully integrated into the menu. Both Sommes’ choices were personal and thoughtful. The team stored our luggage and helped get us out on time for our onward journey despite us arriving late - and through it all, made every moment feel deliberate and meaningful. Chicken bread continues to be THE best snack in London, even on our third visit over years. Lovely to visit Frog again, thank you so much for hosting us. See you soon!

I’ve been fortunate enough to dine at many great restaurants, but Frog is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. This isn’t just a meal - it’s a culinary odyssey. Every course feels like part of a story, and each dish delivers such an incredible combination of flavours and textures that you find yourself wanting the experience to last just a little longer before moving on to the next surprise. The attention to detail is remarkable - not only in the food, but in everything around you: the tableware, the plates, the seating, the atmosphere. The service strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, with thoughtful explanations of every dish and pairing. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, I was still genuinely impressed by the care and expertise behind the non-alcoholic programme. What I loved most is that Frog never feels pretentious. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and completely confident in what it does - because it absolutely delivers. I rarely take photos when dining out, but here I simply couldn’t resist. The hospitality, creativity, and execution were exceptional. If Michelin stars were awarded purely on the experience I had, I’d be arguing for two. Absolutely blown away.

Our long-awaited visit to Frog by Adam Handling finally happened, and it turned into a memorable evening filled with beautifully executed modern British cuisine, thoughtful hospitality, and wonderful Burgundy shared among friends. The experience began with an impressive collection of snacks and canapés. Delicate bites arrived with playful presentations - from the elegant sunflower-inspired savoury creation to the crisp tartlets, chicken skewer, and refined amuse-bouches that immediately showcased the creativity of Adam Handling’s kitchen. Every bite was carefully balanced and visually stunning, setting the tone for the evening ahead. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the signature bread course. The freshly baked brioche-style loaf arrived warm and glossy, paired with rich whipped butter and a beautifully piped chicken butter that was deeply savoury and addictive. Simple in concept, yet executed so well that it became one of the most memorable parts of the meal. The tasting menu continued with a delicate vegetable and seafood starter presented like a blooming flower, followed by the luxurious lobster course topped generously with caviar. The sweetness of the lobster paired wonderfully with the rich buttery sauce, creating one of the standout dishes of the night. Another beautifully presented course featured grilled seafood resting on a vibrant green herb emulsion. The freshness and natural sweetness of the seafood were enhanced by the bright flavours of the sauce, keeping the dish elegant and balanced. This was followed by a perfectly cooked fish course with beautifully crisp skin sitting in a rich foamy broth that delivered both depth and comfort without overwhelming the fish itself. For the main courses, the kitchen showcased excellent technique. The fish was cooked with precision, retaining its moisture while developing a lovely caramelised skin. The meat course was equally impressive - tender, flavourful, and paired with a rich sauce layered with peppery and wine-driven notes. Every component on the plate felt purposeful and refined. To celebrate the evening, we brought along both a white and a red Burgundy. The white Burgundy paired beautifully with the seafood-focused courses, enhancing the sweetness of the lobster and delicate fish dishes. As the meal progressed, we opened the 2010 Comte Armand Pommard Clos des Epeneaux Monopole. The wine showed remarkable maturity, revealing layers of red berries, earth, spice, forest floor, and silky tannins. It paired exceptionally well with the richer meat course and elevated the dining experience even further. The dessert maintained the same level of finesse seen throughout the evening. Beautifully crafted chocolate elements delivered richness without excessive sweetness, providing a refined ending to the tasting journey. What impressed me most was how the restaurant balanced creativity with flavour. The presentation was artistic and modern, yet every dish remained focused on taste rather than theatrics alone. Combined with the warm service, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent pacing throughout the meal, Frog delivered an experience that felt both sophisticated and enjoyable. A truly wonderful dinner in London and definitely one of the standout meals of this trip. Great food, beautiful wines, and even better company made it a celebration to remember.

Exquisite experience, one of the best I've ever had. Everything from the setting, through the service and of course the food was amazing. We requested a vegan tasting menu for my fiancé, and not only did it looks as good as mine, it also tasted as good and you can tell they put the same thought and effort into everything. We mentioned her birthday was coming up, and a birthday card was waiting for her, signed by all the staff! Can't wait to go again
