Oysteria

Visited Oysteria for my birthday. We had a great time got there for Happy hour and was seated next to the water. Good food, good service will definitely go again.
Oysteria is a nice seafood restaurant. With windows directly facing the waterfront, it offers a great view. It’s a smaller place and was relatively quiet. Service was excellent. It’s a bit pricey for what you get, even considering location. The scallop skewers were absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious and cooked to perfection. The grilled sea bass was decent, if a bit bland. The dessert was very good.
Service was great. Very friendly staff. However for a Friday night, it was very quiet. Food is a vit overrated and therefore overpriced for what it is. We ordered the crab croquettes which was quite nice. The calamari was average. The seafood platter was quite underwhelming; many of it was overcooked such as the prawns and seabass. It would have been nice to have some sort of garlic butter sauce for the lobster. Quite disappointing to be honest considering the amount of 5 stars this restaurant received.
Hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Every single dish we ordered was cooked to perfection. Java looked after us so well and really went out of his way to make my birthday feel special. A huge thank you to Chef Mr Chowdury, absolutely incredible. Everything was spot on. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend the cheesecake, calamari, and lobster linguine… although honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
