This KFC is really bad. They do not take orders in person, so you have to use the machines. However, there are only TWO machines, and half of the time, they don't work. The machines never have receipt paper in them either, which is illegal btw, you have to give people an option to get a receipt. It takes double the that the food is prepared for JUST to make an order. The bathroom downstairs is so dirty, im not asking for the cleanest thing ever this is obviously a fast food chain but its unhygenic. Frustrating chain. Better options very close by.
I would like to leave an extremely positive comment about my experience at the KFC on Gloucester Road. I was genuinely impressed by the quality of customer service, especially from Sandra. From the moment I walked in, Sandra showed an incredibly professional attitude, always with a smile on her face and a very positive energy. The way she welcomes customers really makes a difference — it’s clear that she enjoys what she does and truly cares about giving everyone a good experience. In addition to being very friendly, she was also extremely helpful and attentive. She assisted customers with patience and efficiency, always maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude. What really stood out to me was how she managed to keep the same smile and positive spirit even when things were very busy. I also noticed that I wasn’t the only one who felt this way — every single customer was treated with the same kindness and respect. Small gestures like a smile and a positive attitude make a huge difference, and Sandra clearly raises the level of service in this restaurant. Congratulations on the excellent work. Staff members like Sandra are the reason customers want to come back.
