The à la carte menu includes signature dishes such as Cuban lobster, veal escallops and the Cuban chorizo hamburger. The drinks menu naturally contains a wide selection of well blended cocktails enriched with the best rums and freshest fruits. The absolute highlights on the list are the traditional cocktails first mixed in the 1930's and also the contemporary inventions like the Pineapple and sage mojito.
Floridita's several dining areas are all uniquely and sophisticatedly decorated. While one area is held almost completely in red starting with the walls to the seating accommodations, the other features grand chandeliers, big mirrors and modern art. The restaurant is a tribute to the El Floridita in Cuba; Cuba's most famous and popular cocktail bar. A meeting point for young and old, London's Floridita is at least as good as the namesake in Cuba.
