The menu of the Nippon Tuk consists of excellent dishes prepared with the best ingredients available. The best recipes from the Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine are mingled and enriched with Oriental spices and ingredients. Among the guests' favourites is the mixed grilled seafood platter, the vegetable tempura and steamed mussels with Thai herbs. The drinks menu features a variety of wines ranging from a fine house wine to a more extravagant selection carefully chosen to complement the guests' meals. It further lists cocktails and long drinks with the highly recommendable raspberry martini. While the dishes and drinks are set in the medium price range, the spectacular view from the 23rd floor makes up for that.
