Delicious lobster rolls at the Spey Shack pop up at 3 Henrietta street. The lobster roll was to my liking like the one at pret. The bun is a soft brioche and I loved it because of the sharp pickled cucumbers. The lobster meat is finely chopped/minced but still chunky so absorbs the dressing well while keeping moist and supple. Will be back for the raspberry cranachan.
Yesterday, we were lucky enough to host our Christmas corporate celebration at this restaurant, and we have absolutely no regrets about our choice. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding, and the overall preparation was done at a very high level. The attention to detail was impressive, and the staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely made sure that everything was perfect for us throughout the evening. We had a wonderful time, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Two wonderful young gentlemen deserve special praise for taking care of us throughout the entire evening — ensuring that we always had enough drinks, that the food was served on time, and that everything went perfectly. They did an excellent job and truly made a difference. The managers of the restaurant also did an outstanding job, handling everything professionally and ensuring a seamless experience. The restaurant’s location is another great highlight. The view from the windows is truly beautiful and especially magical during the New Year holidays. Overall, if I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. Huge thanks to the entire team — everyone did an amazing job, and we did not regret our choice for a single moment.
