With its reputation as a particularly healthy cuisine, Korean cooking often uses copious amounts of garlic and sesame oil for its signature flavours and Asadal certainly do just that. Their famous kimichi comes with most dishes, where red cabbage is fermented with garlic and chilli to create delicious, flavourful relishes and is known as a tasty health food.
