Fantastic Italian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The Ravioli Al Dente was spectacular—rich, perfectly balanced, and one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had. My husband said the Margherita drink was the best he’s had in London. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Stunning food, with outstanding service. The team went above and beyond to make the meal special for my friend's birthday, and I could not be more grateful. From a complementary drink on arrival, to the beautiful tiramisu they served complete with a candle. Everything was flawless. Especially considering we ended up arriving over 3 hours later than the time we has booked the table (my friend was caught up in heatwave train delays), the staff were understanding of my frequent online adjustments. I phoned them in the end to explain the situation, and the team showed exemplary hospitality. I cannot wait to come back to Al Dente when I am next in London.
Wonderfully authentic Italian restaurant. Loved the lively atmosphere, staff who spoke Italian, and trendy decor. The food is the true star. Pasta cooked with the perfect bite - I could tell it was rolled in-house - and flavorful sauces were incredible. Portion sizes were perfect for exploring dessert too.
Came on a weekday lunch as they do pasta, bread basket and drink for £15 which is really good value and won’t leave you hungry. I tried the carbonara which tasted good but was a little cold which is why I’m not giving 5 star. Taste was great though. The break basket was plentiful with the focaccia tasting particularly lovely; their olive oil was tasty. We also tried the arancini assortment which were 10/10 tasty, would highly recommend. Service was pretty standard but at least they didn’t charge service charge so it was fair. Comfortable seating and a nice decor. A minute walking from South Kensington tube station.
A fabulous restaurant, best pasta we have had in a long time, everything was super fresh, perfect texture, cooked well and service impeccable! I’m really not keen on pasta when we eat out generally, this has completely changed my opinion! Just wow!! Family owned, all prepared on site, kitchens open to view!
