The restaurant uses only high quality ingredients to prepare their traditional and regional Italian dishes. While three set menus were created by Head Chef Mattia Camorani for larger parties, the à la carte menu includes home made pasta like ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and spinach and tagliatelle with traditional pork ragù. The menu further offers beef fillet, chard grilled swordfish and oven baked sea bass in herb and salt crust. All dishes are best enjoyed with one of the restaurant’s complementing wine offers. The wine list encompasses more than 100 bins personally selected by Sommelier Antonio ranging from tasteful house wine to extravagant choices. Refettorio’s exclusive in-house deli enables guests to purchase wines and ingredients for their own use at home.
The restaurant prides itself with its unique and elegant design. The main dining room has a long refectory-style table with banquettes on either side. While this is already ideal for larger parties, the restaurant also offers a private dining room and booths for more intimacy. The interior mediates a clear and contemporary feeling, representing the food as well the idea behind the restaurant. The friendly and flexible waiting staff is happy to serve you Monday to Friday 12:00 - 14:30 and 18:00 - 22:30 hrs and Saturday 18:00 - 22:00 hrs. Thanks to its central location, the Refettorio is ideal for work lunch, romantic dinners and for locals and tourists alike.
