Stef's in London's Soho is a friendly and homely Italian restaurant on Berners Street. The owners of the restaurant follow a clear guideline: keep it simple with great food, great drinks and great service. Stef's is owned by the same couple Linda's Pasta Bar on Poland Street belonged to for eleven years, however, Stef's is more lively and contemporary and an upgrade so to speak. It is open Monday 09:30 - 18:00 hrs, Tuesday to Thursday 09:30 - 22:30 hrs, Friday 09:30 - 23:00 hrs and Saturday 12:00 - 23:00 hrs.
The menu of the restaurant is famous for its selection of 12 different pizzas, even more home-made pastas and weekly specials. Their gnocchi al quattro formaggi, tonno alla griglia and seafood risotto are fabulous, but only three of the wide choice of great dishes on the menu. A nice selection of wines is available to compliment dinner.
Stef's has a great welcoming atmosphere. Guests are treated like close friends right from the beginning and after a few times dining there, you will feel like one, too. The staff is not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely friendly and hearty. Large parties are more than welcome and if possible seated without reservation.
The restaurant is the ideal venue for a family dinner, a relaxing lunch during work or a fun and entertaining evening with friends. Thanks to its central location, Stef's attracts locals and London visitors which gives it a fresh and reviving atmosphere, while not losing its hearty and homely touch.
